The Challenge

SONOS is a leader in making smart-speaker systems that connects to your phone, tablet or computer. They also have a suite of apps that deliver high-quality listening experiences that connect all of your music libraries, online music services, and internet radio stations.

SONOS sells their products on their own website, in-store and through 3rd party websites like Amazon.com. They came to Tallwave because they needed an optimized user experience for their Amazon product pages to ensure product visibility, communicate the value of their suite of offerings and increase sales conversion.

Solution

We conducted persona research and user testing to understand users and how they interact with the site. This gave both teams insight needed to understand how users interacted with the current solution, and how to improve conversions overall.

The result was a new page design that reimagined the buying experience in Amazon.com and other 3rd party eCommerce platforms.

Results

Tallwave delivered a new page framework for the SONOS’ Amazon A+ page that created a better user experience for their end consumers.
