This included organizing and structuring all internal and external data for all branches, including clearing up old or inaccurate data. We claimed and optimized major local business listings based on influence of the local directories, and uncovered niche directories based on geography and industry that we also claimed and optimized.
Additionally, we set up and provided reports on a branch-by-branch level, helping the corporate office prioritize struggling branches based on rankings, traffic, and conversions. We regularly reviewed this reporting to assist in managing and cultivating positive reviews, while also optimizing location pages on-site for better organic and local search. We also did research for content recommendations based on competitor activity, consulted on branch-level social media initiatives, and successfully connected online metrics to actual sales via phone call conversions and online transactions.
